Our Team

Precilient Engineering Pvt. Ltd. experts have long experience in studies, appraisals and engineering part of their assignments during their professional careers. Emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary interaction at every stage where requisite supplementary backup of infrastructure, resources and execution support is to be enforced, and key members of the team have the appropriate background, analytical strength and judgment to mobilize appropriate support. MANISH K. GUPTA

B.E., M.E., FIE, FIAStructE, MCEAI, MACI, MSEI, MASCE, MPCI, MAISC

Manish has been working in the field of structural engineering since 1992. After completing his masters in 1994, he started his career from a very small consultancy firm in Delhi. Subsequently he joined Mehro Consultants in 1996 where he worked in close association with Prof. K. K. Nayar. In 2004 he Started Manish consultants. He has designed various projects across India and abroad for reputed developers and eminent architects and has been responsible for many iconic projects.

Narinder Thukral

B.E., M.E., FIE, MIAStructE

Narinder is active in structural engineering since 1999. After his long inning at Mehro Consultants, he joined Unitech in 2006. In 2011 he became an integral part of Manish Consultants. He has designed many multi-storey buildings across India. He is an expert in structural analysis modelling and design.

Col. S. C Khanna

B.E., M.Tech. (Structures)

Joined Military Engineering Services after his graduation in 1967. Subsequently completed his post graduation in 1978 from IIT Bombay. Col. Khanna has been continuously active in field of structural engineering even after his retirement in 1995. In 2006, he became an integral part of Manish Consultants. He is responsible for quality control of design and drawings. He has an eye for checking and detailing.

Mohammad Arman

B.E.(Civil)

Arman is a meticulous designer with extensive experience in modelling. He has been part of Manish Consultants since 2011. Arman has worked on many large size projects and is very methodical. His primary area of expertise is reinforced concrete, structural steel and Seismic damping devices

Rohit Jindal

B.Tech. (Civil)

Rohit Jindal started his carrier as a precast engineer. He has a keen insight into practical designing and detailing of the structures. He delivers both pre-cast and cast-in-place structures. He has in-depth understanding of the practical issues and a die hard problem solving attitude. He is passionate and enthusiastic about his work.

Vipin Soni

B.Tech. (Civil), M. Tech Structure

Vipin has a strong understanding of fundamentals and handles both peer review as well as design projects. He joined Manish Consultants in 2022 and made his special place very quickly. He works on retail, residential and industrial projects. His sincerity towards work is exemplary.

Naresh Kumar

Diploma (Civil Engg.) Drafting Associate

Naresh has been with Manish Consultants since 2006. He holds a diploma in civil engineering. He is responsible for a team of draftsmen. Naresh offers co-ordination and pragmatic solutions for drafting of many intricate projects ranging from hospitals to high rise residential precincts.
